Consumers Rights in Thailand泰國消費者的權利
一般大眾為滿足生活所需必須進行各種消費行為,買賣過程中難免會遇到消費糾紛。究竟消費者在買賣交易中有甚麼權益?本次介紹泰國消費者的權利。
Rights of consumers in Thailand is regulated by Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979), which protecting a consumer against a businessman under certain conditions and limitations and prevents unjust and unfair competition.
泰國消費者的權利由佛曆2522年(1979年)《消費者保護法》規定,該法保護消費者在特定狀況及限制下免受商家的侵害,防止不公正和不正當競爭。
According to section 4 of this Act, the consumer has the following rights of protection:
依據《消費者保護法》第4條規定,消費者享有如下權利:
1.the right to receive correct and sufficient information and description as to the quality of goods or services; 有權獲得到商品或服務 正確充分的資訊和說明;
2.the right to enjoy freedom in the choice of goods or services; 可自由挑選商品或服務;
3.the right to expect safety in the use of goods or services; 可預期商品或服務 在使用上為安全的;
(3 bis) the right to a fair contract; 有公平的合約;
4.the right to have the injury considered and compensated in accordance with the laws on such matters or with the provisions of this Act. 有權根據本法或其他相關規定申請損害補償。
When there’s dispute between a consumer and a businessman, complaints can be filed to Consumer Protection Board. The Board may entrust the Office of the Consumer Protection Board to carry out or prepare proposals to be submitted to the Board for consideration.
當消費者與商家之間發生爭議時,可以向消費者保護委員會申訴。委員會可委託辦公室官員提案並進行審核。
