Promotion and Act is Drafted in Thailand
泰國正在起草《新創企業促進法案》Thai government recently
has introduced Startup Promotion and Act (the “Draft Act”), designed to
modernize corporate and fundraising rules, enhance access to finance and
expertise, and centralize promotion under the National Innovation Agency (the “NIA”).
The goal is to create a more competitive and innovation-led economy, where Thai
startups can attract investment and scale internationally.

Change Bill is Approve by Thai Cabinet
泰國內閣批准氣候變遷法案On 2 December 2025, the
Thai Cabinet approved the Climate Change Bill, which aims to establish a
national climate change policy committee, collect carbon taxes, and treat
carbon credits as transferable assets. The bill is proposed by the Natural
Resources and Environment Ministry, and will be the master law on climate
change. This Bill also elevates the 2007 climate-related
regulations into a unified master legislation governing national climate
governance.

E-Certificate for International Trademark Designatedis Issued in Thailand國際商標指定泰國核發電子證書On 6 August 2025, the Trademark Office in Thailand (TMO) published a notice[1] that starting from 15 August 2025, the TMO would update the process for issuing trademark certificate for international trademark registrations (IR) designating Thailand. The changes affects how trademark owners receive proof of trademark registration.泰國商標局(TMO)於2025年8月6日發布公告，宣佈自2025年8月15日起，將更新國際商標註冊(IR)指定泰國的商標證書發放流程。這些變更將影響商標所有人收到商標註冊證明的方式。 This new electronic format replaces the previous certificate format under the 2024 announcement (B.E. 2567) and is issued in accordance with the Ministerial Regulations under the Trademark Act B.E. 2534 Section 33. In other words, for every trademark application filed through WIPO and designating Thailand, the electronic certificate is served as the official record and a QR code is included at the bottom of the certificate for verification purpose. The purpose of development of using electronic registration system is to increase efficiency and facilitate services for the private business sector and the general public.這種新的電子格式取代根據2024年(佛曆2567年)公告所規定的先前證書格式，並依據佛曆2534年《商標法》第33條的部長命令發佈。換句話說，對於通過世界知識產權組織提交並指定泰國的每一件商標申請，電子證書將作為官方記錄，且證書底部會附有一個用於驗證的QR碼。採用電子註冊系統的發展目的是提高效率，並為私營企業和一般公眾提供更便捷的服務。
