*如果您在信件設立讀取回條,社會保險辦公室會在收到您的申請後回信確收。
* If you put an email in the reply box, the Social Security Office will email you to confirm receipt of your request.
**如果您因政府機構/雇主停工、或因流行病而失業,辦公室必須等雇主確認後才能撥款給您,可能會延誤作業時間。
** If you are unemployed due to Government agency / employer is temporarily closed or due to the detention caused by an epidemic, the office will have to wait for confirmation documents from the employer to confirm your application.[2] It may therefore results in delay in sending money to the insurer.

If you do not meet the criteria, you do not have to fill out the form.
僅能在社會保險辦公室網頁申請Covid-19失業救濟金。
You can only obtain unemployment benefits from the Covid-19 incidents on Social Security Office webpage only.

因不可抗力而失業 If unemployment is caused by force majeure 如接觸或接近罹患Covid-19的人,勞工不得工作或需拘留14天。 在180天內領取工資的50% Employers are not allowed to work or is detained for 14 days for contacting or is close to someone who is affected from Covid-19. Receive 50% of the wage up to 180 days
如果政府機構下令暫停歇業,最多60天可領取工資的50%。 If the government agency orders to close business temporarily, he/she can receive 50% of the wage up to 60 days.
The insurer submits requests for compensation benefits (S.P.S. 2-01 / 7) (無需註冊失業) (No need to register as unemployed)
The employer certifies the date that the employee is unable to work.

The employer is obliged to pay the employee at the rate of 75% of the wage. (According to the Labor Protection Act Section 75). |

如辭職In the case of resignation: 90天內收到工資45%的保險。 Receive unemployment insurance 45% of wages no more than 90 days. 被保險人每月在www.empui.doe.go.th 登記失業狀態。 The insured is registered for unemployment or report once a month on website www.empui.doe.go.th

Certificate from employer to confirm unemployment for force majeure

Explanation: This form is only for employers who are in the social security system. This form is to confirm that unemployment is caused by force majeure. When the employer confirms it, you will receive unemployment compensation.
說明:此表格僅適用於社會保險體系的雇主。填表的目的僅確認勞工因不可抗力失業,填完當雇主確認後您將收到救濟金。
