泰國特許經營不公平貿易行為準則

特許經營企業不公平貿易行為準則於2019年12月6日發布並於2020年2月4日生效。因泰國沒有專門規範特許經營協議的法規，因此制定此標準處理授權方及被授權方之間的不公平行為。

以下為新制準則重點

1. 如果授權方打算在某個地區開設新的分店，被授權方必須有權優先經營。
2. 授權方必須在簽約前向被授權方充分接露特許業務的詳細資訊。
3. 授權方禁止進行不公平的行為，例如

1. 對被授權方施加歧視條件
2. 無正當理由對被授權方施加限制條件

Guidelines for Unfair Trade Practices in Franchise Businesses

The Guidelines for the Consideration of Unfair Trade Practices in Franchise Businesses was issued on Dec. 6, 2019 and has comes in force on Feb. 4, 2020. Because there is no specific regulations governing franchise agreement, the enact of the guidelines is to deal with unfair practice between franchisor and franchisee.

Following are key points about the guidelines:

1. If a franchisor intends to open a new branch in an area, the franchisee must have priority to operate the new branch.
2. A franchisor must reveal details and information of its franchise business operation to franchisee before signing the franchise contract.
3. A franchisor is banned from impose unfair franchise practice, such as

1. Imposing discriminatory conditions among franchisees
2. Setting restriction on franchisees without justifiable reasons
