Payment Deadline for 2024 Land and Building Tax

is Extended in Thailand

泰國2024 年土地及建築稅繳納期限延長.

The Ministry of Interior in Thailand has extended the deadlines for 2024 land and building tax payment and related procedures for two months. The announcement was published in the Government Gazette on 30 November 2023. The extension is to alleviate the financial burden on individual and business property owners during the post-COVID-19 economic recovery period.

泰國內政部已將2024年土地及建築稅繳納及相關手續的期限延長兩個月。該公告於2023年11月30日在政府公報上發布。延期是為了減輕個人和企業業主在 COVID-19 後經濟復甦期間的財務負擔。

According to the new timeline in the ministry’s announcement, the official land and building tax assessment forms will be sent to taxpayers by the end of April 2024, which is extended from February 2024. The deadline for land and building tax payment is 30 June 2023, which is extended from 30 April 2024.

根據該部公告中的新時間表，正式的土地和建築稅評估表將於2024年4月年底前發送給納稅人，該時間自2024年2月起延長。土地和建築稅的繳納截止日期為2023年6月30日，從 2024 年 4 月 30 日起延長。

Taxpayers should ensure they obtain and verify their property’s appraisal values and tax obligations and be well prepared for payment within the new deadline.
