        4. What qualifications must an Thai employee meet to receive compensation?

泰國員工領取政府補助需有哪些資格?

Answer: Have Thai nationality;

 答：有泰國籍；

- Being an employee under Section 33 of Thai Social Security Act;

 為《泰國社會保險法》第33條規定的員工；

- The location of the company must be in the dark red areas;

 公司需位於深紅色區域；

- The company must operate the business as prescribed by the government;

 公司需從事政府規定的行業；

- The employee must have contributed to social security for at least 6 months in the

past 15 months prior to the unemployment date.

 員工在失業的前15個月至少已繳納社會保險超過6個月。

       5. What are the dark red areas and prescribed business?

哪些是泰國政府規定的深紅色區域及明訂的行業?

Answers: The dark red areas include the following 29 provinces (last updated on 3/08/2021):

答：深紅色區域包含以下29個府（最近更新是2021/8/3）：

Bangkok, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Nakhon Pathom, Nonthaburi, Narathiwat,

Pathum Thani, Pattani, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Yala, Songkhla, Samut Prakan,

Samut Sakhon, Kanchanaburi, Tak, Nakhon Nayok, Nakhon Ratchasima,

Prachuap Khiri Khan, Prachin Buri, Phetchaburi, Phetchabun,

Rayong, Ratchaburi, Lop Buri, Sing Buri, Samut Songkhrm, Saraburi, Suphan Buri and Ang

Thong.

曼谷、北柳府、春武里府、佛統府、暖武里府、那拉提瓦府、巴吞他尼府、

北大年府、大城府、也拉府、宋卡府、北纜府、沙木沙空府、北碧府、

達克府、那空那育府、那空叻差是瑪府、班武里府、巴真府、碧武里府、

碧差汶府、羅勇府、叻武里府、華富里府、信武里府、沙没颂堪府、沙拉武里府、素

攀府及紅統府。

The prescribed 9 businesses are:

規定的9項行業為：

            a.Construction business 建築業;

            b.Accommodation and food services住宿和餐飲服務業;

            c.Arts, entertainment and recreation activities藝術、娛樂和休閒活動;

            d.Other service activities其他服務活動;

            e.Transportation fields and storage locations 運輸業及倉儲;

            f.Wholesale and Retail Branches automotive repair汽車維修批發零售分公司;

            g.Administrative activities and support services行政活動和支援服務;

            h.Professional activities in science科學專業活動;

            i.Academic Activities, information and Communication Branch學術活動、資訊和傳播;

Please also be aware that in order for a Thai employee to receive compensation from Thai Social Security Office which we will discuss about this later, the

Thai employer should also be located in these provinces and be in these industries.

請留意的是我們之後會提到的泰國員工領取社會保險辦公室補助，泰國雇主也需要位於這些府以及從事這些行業。

    6. How will a Thai employee or a Thai employer know if he/she will receive compensation from the government?

    泰國員工或泰國雇主要如何知道是否收到政府的補助?

Answer: A Thai employee or a Thai employer can check his/her eligibility on the Social Security website https://www.sso.go.th/eform_news/.

答：泰國員工或泰國雇主可以在社會保險網站https://www.sso.go.th/eform_news/查看自己的資格。
