Application Procedure

申請程序

1. Accepting requests in accordance with the form Sor Kor.1 at the district office or district office.

Prepare 3 copies as follow

1. Application form for registration of association (There must be at least 3 initiators to establish the association).

2. Association regulations (If there is sports purpose, a letter of permission or support is required from the Sports Authority of Thailand).

協會章程 （如有體育活動需要泰國體育局的許可或支持信）

3. Minutes of establishment of the association meeting (specify the meaning and reasons for using the name of the association, location, purpose and name of the committee).

協會創立的會議紀錄 （須說明協會命名的含義和原因、協會的地址、宗旨和委員姓名）

4. Letter of permission to use the location of the association and house registration.

允許協會使用 空間的許可信和房屋登記證

5. Map of the association's office location.

協會辦公室的地圖

6. Name, address, occupation of the director.

董事的名字、 地址及職業

7. List of member's age, address, occupation (at least 10 people).

成員的年齡、地址 及職業 (至少10位)

8. Letter of permission to use the name of the association (In case of using the name of juristic person or government office).

使用協會名稱的許可信 (如使用法人或政府機關名稱)

9. History of the founder of the association (Foreigners must attach their own certificate to the consulate or embassy).

協會創辦人的歷史 (外國人必須在領事館或大使館附上身分證明)

10. A copy of government-issued identification card and a copy of the house registration of all founder of the association (Certified true copy).

政府核發的身份證副本及協會所有創辦人的房屋登記副本 (核證副本)

11. Copy of civil servant identification card of the person certifying the founder of the association (Government officials level 6 and above).

核證協會創辦人身分者的公務員身份證副本 (政府官員等級至少6級)

12. Opinion of the document inspection officer.

13. Submitting requests and supporting documents to the Bangkok Association Registrar or Provincial Association Registrar.

向曼谷協會註冊員或省協會註冊員提 交申請和證明文件。

1. Association registration fee 2000 baht.

2. Registration fee, amendment to the association's regulations or registration fee for appointment of the association's director 200 baht per time.

註冊費、協會章程修改或協會董事任命的註冊費， 每次 200泰銖。

3. Document examination fee 50 baht per time.

文件檢查費每次 50泰銖

4. Fee for copying of documents together with certified true documents 10 baht per copy but not more than 500 baht.

影印文件及核證文件的費用每張 10泰銖，但不超過500泰銖

5. Fee for requesting the registrar to perform any action About the association 5 baht per time.

要求註冊員進行任何有關協會的事情費用每次 5泰銖。
