Thai Government Announces Plans for SMEs
泰國政府推出中小企業振興方案
On October 15, 2021, Ministry of Labour in Thailand announced a new project that there would be compensation for SMEs employees for 3,000 baht per person, which will last for 3 months. The purpose of the project is to promote and maintain employment levels in small and medium-sized enterprises, and exempt corporate income tax based on the amount of compensation.
泰國勞動部於2021年10月19日宣布一項新計畫,針對中小企業員工每人補貼3,000泰銖、為期3個月。新計劃的用意是補貼雇主以維持員工的雇用率,並準備依據補貼金額減免營業稅。
Following is detail of the promotion:
以下為振興計畫細節:
- The employer must be a private company in the social security system.
雇主須為社會保險系統內 的民營企業。
- Must have no more than 200 employees in all branches as of October 16, 2021
在 2021年10月16日前全部泰籍員工不超過200名。
- Must register from October 20, 2021 to November 20, 2021.
必需於 2021年10月20日至2021年11月20日登記。
- An employer is required to maintain an employment level of at least 95% during the participation of the program.
在振興方案期間雇主須維持不低於 95%的雇用率。
- If there are more hires (as of November 16, 2021), the subsidy will be increased according to the actual amount of employment, but the amount is no more than 5% of the total number of Thai employees who are the target group of the project at the wage is not lower than the minimum wage rate of each province according to the Wage Committee's announcement.
若有新增雇用(截至 2021年11月16日),根據實際聘僱人數增加補貼,但金額不超過目標群體泰國員工總數的5%,且薪資不低於薪資委員會規定的各省最低薪資。
- Employer approved to participate in the program
核准參與計畫的雇主
6.1 Employers must pay wages not lower than the minimum wage rate of each province as announced by the Wage Committee.
雇主支付的薪資不得低於薪資委員會公佈的各省最低薪資標 準。
6.2 Employers must remit social security contributions through the Social Security Administration's E-service by the 15th of the following month to receive subsidies in this scheme.
雇主必須在下個月 15日之前通過社會保險管理局的電子服務繳納社會保險費才能獲得計劃的補貼。
6.3 Employer's request for a subsidy must not cause the employer to delay the payment of wages to the employee.
雇主的補貼請求不得導致雇主 延遲支付員工薪資。
6.4 For transparency, the officer can verifiable in the employee-employer relationship, requiring the implementation of monitoring and auditing of employers' employment.
為了確認透明度,官員可以在員工與雇主的關係中進行核實,要求對雇主的就業實施監督和審計。
