1. For a Natural Person

- Statement of the person doesn’t fall under the prohibition under Section 16 of Foreign Business Act

- Passport or any relevant proof
護照或其他證明文件
- Household registration transcript, Thai resident certificate, or proof of temporary resident

2. For a Juristic Person which is not Registered in Thailand
對為國外登記的法人
- Statement that the applicant, foreign directors, managers, or company representative don’t fall under the prohibition under Section 16 of Foreign Business Act
申請人、外國董事 、經理、或公司代表人未違反《外人商業法》 第16條規定的聲明
- Application form
申請表格
- Corporate documents which indicate company name, authorized share capital, purpose of incorporation, company address, registers of directors
看出公司名稱、法定資本額、設立目的、公司地址 、及董事名冊的公司資料
- Proof of business representative being appointed by directors
