List of Required Documents for foreigners on blacklist to enter Thailand
黑名單上的外國人申請進入泰國的必要文件
The Immigration Bureau has established rules for recording information of foreigners who are prohibited from entering Thailand. Even though some foreigners are on the blacklist for committing offense, once the circumstance has changed, they are allowed to enter Thailand. Normally it takes at least 5 years to be under supervision of Immigration Police to decide whether a prohibited foreigner is allowed to stay in Thailand once the request is filed. If the Immigration Police deems it appropriate, the deadline will be shortened.
泰國移民局依規定須紀錄每個被列為黑名單的外國人的資訊。即使外國人因違反泰國法律列入黑名單，但一旦情況改變，還是有機會進入泰國。通常提出申請後，需要移民警察至少5年的監督決定是否可停留泰國；如果移民警察認為適當，這個期限可以縮短。
Following is requested petition and supporting documents:
以下為申請入境的必要文件:
1. Petition for permission to enter Thailand. It should be a letter to supervisor of the Immigration Police with reasons to stay.
入境泰國的請求許可，應提交至移民警察 的管理員並闡述入境理由。
2. Documents or evidence to identify foreigners (Copy of passport / ID card)
外國人的身分證明文件（護照或身分證 影本）。
3. Documents or evidence of spouse's identity in the event of a spouse (Copy of passport / ID card)
配偶要申請入境的話也需要身分證明文件（護照或身 分證影本）。
4. Documents or evidence certifying the behavior of foreigners / Certificate of criminal record / Result of court case from the country in which the foreigner holds citizenship. The documents should be certified by Thai embassy/consulate. If such documents are not written in Thai, there should be a translation.
外國人的行為證明、犯罪紀錄證明、所屬國籍的 法院紀錄。前述文件須由泰國大使館認證，如文件為外文需要泰文譯本。
5. Documents or evidence that can prove reasons for foreigners to apply to stay in Thailand. For example, House registration, marriage certificate, birth certificate, certificate from company or employer / others
外國人申請居住在泰國的證明文件 ，例如房屋登記、結婚證明、出生 證明、公司或雇主的證明/其他）。
6. Other documents or evidence which is considered useful for the petitioner (if any)
任何對請求居留有幫 助的證明文件（如有的話）。
7. Current personal photograph which is straight size and not less than 2 inches.
最近的大頭 貼，直尺且不少於 2英寸。
8. More than one family and residence photos (if any)
超過一張的家庭 及生活照（如有的話）。
9. Power of attorney and stamp duty (in the case of filing on behalf of the petitioner)
委託書和印花稅（在代表 請願人提交 的情況下）

- Documents and evidence must be certified.
- 所有證明文件 需要核證。
- If the documents are written in foreign language, translation should be provided which should be certified by an authorized translation institution.
- 如文件為外文需要 提供泰文譯本，譯本需要由授權的翻譯 單位進行 核證。
